Black Tree was for a long time the poster boy for crappy service, wrong orders, long waits, etc.

I ordered some stuff in their sale earlier in the week. Arrived today, all present and correct. Credit where credit is due – that was a faster turnaround than the other packet which arrived today from a more well regarded miniatures company.

I have to agree even when they have a problem, last year their guy got back to me explained the problem and chucked in a couple extra packs to make up for the delay, from date of sending 2 weeks in my PO box which is blistering fast to where I am. And still some of the best figures out IMO.

Ditto here in the US. I got a little less than two week turnaround even over the holidays.

I've becone a steady customer of Black Tree over the last year. Excellent service each time I've ordered. And I know from a friend that they sometimes take special orders/requests. But I guess most customer-friendly companies do that. Alternative Armies, for example.

Over a week from my earlier message and no reply to e-mail. Disappointing, especially because they have also managed to put out multiple new "sale" notices since I ordered. How about dealing with existing customers first?

Id love to agree – I ordered a bunch of their stuff in September – part of the the order was delivered really promptly. Still waiting for the rest.

My account even lists this as a partial order. Sent two messages via their contact page……no response

I'd love to continue to use them but until they respond…you get the message

Ordered 10 minis on December 30th

Received an e-mail January 11th that a partial order had shipped

February 7th I send an e-mail asking where my order is. No response.

February 8th I send another e-mail and get a response that my order was sent to someone else, they're waiting to get the figs back to send to me and they'll send a free pack of figs of my choice for the mistake. I let them know what free pack I'd like and tell them I'll buy two more packs of the same. No response.

February 13th I send another e-mail asking if he's going to answer me.

February 14th I receive an e-mail saying that they've already shipped the items and they've included a free pack of something else. I guess they didn't want my additional business.

February 15th I ask them which partial order did they send and where is the rest of the order? No response.

It's February 17th. Tomorrow will be 50 days since I ordered and still have nothing.

Sorry, but these guys still have crappy customer service and I don't recommend them to anyone.

Update. Ok my problem listed above has been cleared up at last after a complaint through Paypal. Some molds were lost hence the delay and I had to order some substitute figures. Extra pack thrown in as part of apology for delay, and all arrived today ok.
