So I'll be ordering some claymore pavisers soon. 12 will be used as pavisers the others will be turned into "infantry" none paviser shields i can get from claymore. But i need different weapons.

While some will be armed with Spears. I would like a nice mix
Some of the poses might work with 1 handed sword. Others i might be able to give different polearms. But where to get them?

One of the problems is I don't know how big the claymore figure reao are, as I've only seen pics. And I don't want a 1 handed sword look like a dagger in the figures hand.

Gripping Beast has separate weapons that might work.

Perry Miniatures have sets of halberds (EA8) and mixed polearms (EA9), sold in packs of 36. However, in my experience the shafts for these can be a bit on the bendy side, so they might not be the best choice if you are expecting some rought handling.

Try posting this to the plastic figures board. Lots of weapon and bits are traded there. Many of us have weapon sprues left over from plastic kits from Perry, Fireforge, and Gripping Beast after all the figures are built.
