so where is a goodplace to put scenarios. I now have some for Maneouver Group but they may work with other sensible rules.

Just set up a blog.

You could save them on Google Documents and then share the link in either a forum or a blog if you have one.

Blog is probably more user friendly and easier to find in a search function.

If you need a PDF, host it in Dropbox or Google drive, make it public and link it off the blog.

Use Blogger and put your scenarios in the Pages section.
