Due to failing eyesight, I am forced to upscale to 54mm. Are there any suitable skirmish rules out there for this scale and in particular the WW11 conflict in Burma?. Any help will be appreciated.

Any WW2 skirmish rules should work for 54mm figures.

boggler, I had a look at those rules. Does it allow for playing with more than five figures each side?.

Yes you can scale it up but not much beyond a squad.
