Page 24 of the SP2 rulebook: A Group or Formation has two Actions when activated. These are deploying, moving, loading, presenting and firing. This is for a standard "activation" when a leader card is pulled and the unit is either already on the table OR can deploy on the table, that is our understanding? When the Tiffin card is pulled, can Command Cards be used to "deploy" units onto the table as they have not been "activated" yet or is this only for units on the table that have not been activated that turn? as stated on page 27 When a Turn is ended by the Tiffin card, the players may use each of their Command Cards still in play to activate any Groups or Formations which have not yet been activated during the Turn. Thanks in advance |

Is only for units on the table that have not been activated that turn. You can't use Command Cards to deploy units onto table when Tiffin card is drawn. Before the Tiffin Card, three Command Cards allow one Leader not yet activated to immediately take his activation,………..or deploy onto the table with his command. |
