Many excellent projects over the year but I realized I am still waiting for Bones 3 to arrive and Chaos War figures from last incarnation…

I realize that I have ten ( most small ones fortunately) projects in the EOY pipeline – one the very new Oatsworn 24 hour KS for a single terrain feature, and besides the moribund book on WW2 female Soviet pilots, the oldest unfulfilled one is BONES 3 which hopefully will fulfill soon.

Two terrain sets (small,) one rules set, and the rest miniatures. Nothing huge orderwise but it dawns on me that the most delayed projects other than the book were the mega successes where my small to moderate sized buying became mired in the inertia of the large 'success' stories they were part of.

I shall be approaching 2017 KS projects with a more discriminating approach as I will be looking at significant reduction in income at the start of the year due to OPM processing speeds (3 varieties of slow) of retirement paperwork. But even if my income was the same this has been a very educational process about how and why I obtain my miniatures.

What experiences have you had with KS and Indiegogo and will that affect how you view such projects in the future?

Same as you with BONES 3, but it is Reaper so no worries.

Next would be Paranoia, but that should be arriving soonthumbs up

Indiegogo has worked out well for me, but I have only backed Dark Fable, and that project always seems to run smooth and quick.

Waiting on Bones 3 and Massive Darkness. Also a book on Grenadier minis that is currently shipping so should be here at any moment.

I am thinking that I may stay distant from KS unless there are terrain items I can use for 15mm (or dual use with 25mm) figures. Really have very few (and very niche) wants for figures in 2017.
