So for Victorian Battles on Mars would you suggest Dragon Rampant or Men who would be Kings? The latter captures the flavor of colonial skirmishes but the former allows for oddities of Mars. |

TMWWBK references Martian scenarios in the rule book. You'd probably have to tweak for ray guns or whatever, but can't see why it wouldn't work in a Parroom type setting. |

TMWWBK. Victorian Mars is a colonial situation, and you'd use colonial rules. Tribal Martians might square off under DR, of course. I'll admit I haven't found something I'm altogether happy with myself, but I traveled to Barsoom with Burroughs and Leigh Brackett rather than Frank Chadwick: I'm more interested in taking a handful of heroes and rescuing a princess than in formal battles. |

Can they be combined? Both a rules play pretty different don't they? |

We have used MWWBK on Mars for a couple of games. Previously we used TSATF as a base for Mars games. Space 1889 is our source material. MWWBK is a much faster game, do to more hits and not being able use saving rolls. Still a work in progress for us. |
