Hi guys,

I hope you liked the painting guide that I posted for my British Paratrooper General.
Now let's look at another one for this interesting gentleman… US Officer Drumpf:

I am reminded of Larry Hagman in 'The Eagle has Landed'.

Shouldn't he be in a German uniform?

Russian uniform.

What do you dilute your inks with? At what ratio do you dilute?

Stoessi29 Dec 2016 5:39 a.m. PST

Hehe, I think we need this guy in every uniform available. ;)

@dantheman
I dilute them with plain water. Not sure what the exact ratio is, but probably something like 1 part ink to 2-3 parts water. Sometimes more, sometimes less… depends on how much saturation I want from the ink. It's always a good idea to start with a higher dilution so that you don't accidentally color your miniature like a tele-tubby. :)

Beautiful work!

Now on to Hilary, She-Wolf of the SS.
