Hi all!

I am actually painting some german early war PAK gunners sporting their carrying slings, and I am guessing about what were they made of, and what was their colour?

Any answer?

Merry Christmas to all!

Sorry don't know, but, are these Nazi bricoles?

Yeap!

… So the word is the same in English

Slings for carrying what exactly? Personal equipment or something to do with the gun?

I've had occasion to drag around both the tyred and spoked wheel 75mm LeIG and a Pak 36, all were pulled with bits of rope.

Brown leather.

Hi Martin

I mean the bricoles.

Cheers

tbh, I didn't even realise that Bricoles were a thing. I just thought they were a long standing joke on the Napoleonic boards.
