I am a fan of your work!

They look great. I thought the original Airfix sets were ok, with at least some character, but by today's sculpting standards, sadly deficient. I do remember articles in magaines about converting Airfix Foreign Legion for zouaves. But to be honest, with the exception of the magisterial Shelby Foote, I find the ACW to be tragic and for some reason, not that appealing as a wargames period.

Great stuff Paul. I bought my bro the Airfix ACW guide on the back of this series of yours – inspirational stuff.

Thank you for leading the way

Marc
