They are Sensitive human. And the range will have 14 variants. I plan to use some as 3rd milenium BC hill tribes for Sumerian times

colin knight22 Dec 2016 6:34 p.m. PST

Typo …Densovian human. I hate predictive text.

Very Nice.
Id say anyone into prehistoric gaming would find these very useful.
The only other question; How easily would they be for conversions?

Yeah… but WHEN? Anyone at Salute who could ask Nic when these, and the new Trojans and Mycenaean Greeks will be released?

Still wondering "when?"

There should be a reward for your patience. Pulp Figures plans to issue some similar looking miniatures.

Bob does? You must have some inside "skinny" then, as I'm not seeing any notice of such on his website?

From the Pulp Figures Facebook page in June.
"I'm playing around with the idea of doing some tribal warriors for the Lost Tribes range. I've done some basic bodies up that could be given different weapon and shield styles. The customer would be able to chose the equipment style , central African variants, Melanesian, or in this case, southern African giving me Bantu warriors.

Fantasy variants are also possible."

Eureka Miniatures just released the Denisovans a couple of days ago on their website:

Not sure why it took so long to release them. Maybe it took a while for Nic to get them painted. ;)

As always, just flick Nic an email if you're wondering about ranges and their availability: nicr@eurekamin.com.au

Don't how I missed this thread, apologies to the Hawk for not responding earlier, and thank you to hongihika for spotting the new release on our web site.
Thank you.

So, this is an interesting new line. Nik (presume for the sculptor) admit their visage (and the paint scheme) is conjectural, so I guess it's okay that at least THESE "Denisovans" are Australasian Aborigines…

I'll probably get some… just the same…
