If you want to be robbed and treated like trash, order some figures from Renegade Miniatures. They won't disappoint. After waiting 42 days for some sort of reply I've decided that Renegade Miniatures are pathetic. I've sent them 4 emails asking if they've sent my figures but all to no avail. Zero response. The ECW figures look nice on the web site but I can't say that they live up to their promise because I doubt that I'll ever see them. |

I thought they had stopped operating a while ago? The ECW figures, or a very close imitation of them, are available from Bicorne. |

Did you try reaching out to Lon at Brigade Games? I know they had some Renegade miniatures in the past. |

Renegade closed their doors some time ago, but recently reopened for business. |

Thanks TheKing but it's not a matter of getting those particular figures it's a matter of them taking my money and not delivering followed by 100% total refusal to acknowledge any communications. |

I have an army of Renegade Celts. Most were bought during various sales. They hold these sales, then get buried by the demand. I'm old fashioned, and expect to receive things with 30 days, so when the 30 days got close, I'd e-mail them, and never hear back. Then, one day, a package would show up here in Colorado, far from Devon, and there would be my figures. And, yes, it made me crazy, but that was just the way they were. So, I think there is a good chance you will eventually get your figures. Of course, I can see why you might never wish to buy from them again, too. Grelber |

If you paid via PayPal or credit card, file a complaint with those companies, they tend to be good and fast on getting the payment back. |

Recommend a paypal or credit card dispute. Don't wait too long or you may exceed the time frame for filing one. |

My latest order from Renegade took 5 weeks to arrive which is the average time in my experience. Their communication has always sucked but they always deliver in the end. |

I remember some years back the courier took the goods back because I was out but left no message. It took a hell of a time to get the goods but they did come in the end. If at all possible you need to speak to them – they are good people but lack organization. |

I've recently ordered from Renegade- 4 weeks in, no comms, not enjoying the ride. :-( Paypal dispute beckons… |

Started my dispute a couple of days back; Paypal are "waiting to hear from the vendor"; this may take some time… |

Damm, I was thinking of starting to paint my Renegade WWI for Historicon 2018 and need a few packs but if they are back to crap service then I will have to look else where :-( |

I did get my refund and a polite apology from Renegade. They said "We run Renegade part-time due to other work commitments and have been inundated of late to the extent that dispatching Renegade orders has been an impossible task for us." Probably best not to order until they can focus, again, on the minis business. A pity! |

I did write to Renegade and they explained their situation and gave me a reasonable time response so I have placed an order. I am not in a rush for the figures as it is a 2018/9 project – I have had the previous Renegade figures for 20 years without painting any so I can wait. |

It does not look like I can post a new Topic for Renegade Miniatures but I will confirm that my order arrived on Friday 25th August, order placed 27th July so okay for me. Thanks Renegade Cheers, Graham W |

Renegade's website has said they are on hiatus and its been like that a long time. Is the company defunct? Does anyone know the status? If its gone, I know Bicone and Dixon are supposed to match well enough. What about Old Glory? I have never seen their ECW figures but would be tempted to buy because of price if they are close in size. |

I would not order from them if I were you, the last time the website was updated was quite a few years ago. You will lose your money you might get some on Ebay if your lucky. |

If a company ceases trading or is on hiatus they need to turn off their shopping cart functions. I've seen a few complaints like this. I understand it's hard for the part-time and one man operations, but if you're not trading don't accept peoples money. Ian I hope it works out for you in the end, I had a similar issue with another vendor early this year. I eventually got my figures (sans one), hopefully you get yours. |
