Here's the Italians I've been working on in all their grubby glory. All have had modification in one form or another, mainly head swaps.

I realised, too late, that all their metal work (epaulets, shako plates, buttons et.) should be silver, but I won't tell if you won't :-)

Really nice! Possibly the shabbiest Napoleonics I've ever seen. You are raising the bar for painting these guys the way they really looked after a year out in the field. Great work.
