The Oberbaum bridge would certainly be a great-looking terrain piece, although a bit large for 20mm:

Faller, Kibiri, or Vollmer HO scale stone bridges/viaducts will look perfect. You might need to do some kitbashing to open them out to your desired width. Best prices in North America: eurorailhobbies.com |
