"According TheNational United Arab Emirates (UAE) newspaper website, NIMR has delivered two new combat vehicles the N35 4x4 mine protected vehicle and the Ajban-class Special Operations Vehicle (SOV) to the UAE armed forces. These vehicles were displayed for the first time during the UAE's National Day parade on December 5, 2016.

Fahad Saif Harhara, NIMR chief executive, highlighted the role of local talent in bringing the vehicles into service for the Armed Forces.

The N35 is a wheeled mine protected infantry armoured vehicle manufactured by the Defense Company NIMR Automotive in United Arab Emirates. The N35 can be configured for a wide range of missions using 4x4 and 6x6 chassis.

The vehicle is composed of ballistic steel and it has a v-shaped mine protected hull. The N35 provides a ballistic protection up to STANAG 4569 Level 4 (14.5×114mm AP / B32 at 200 meters with 911 m/s) and mine protection STANAG 4569 up to Level 4A/4B (10 kg of mine blast explosion under the wheels 4a and floor 4b)…."

They look like GI Joe toys.

The SUV's tyre don't look grippy enough for off road.

The top one looks like a boxier VAB, but the bottom frame vehicle is little more than a glorified "technical."
