The US military has never been into large armored battles. Compared with the so called Eastern Front or the Arab Israeli wars, US tank battles were small. The damage done to the other side was mostly air, artillery, infantry or Allies In a word, we knew we had no Tiger tanks, so we took out theirs with "jabos" and Apache helos |

Tell that to VII Corps tankers at 73 Easting in '91. Tell them they didn't put steel on steel toe to toe with the 'raqis in one of the greatest tanks battles in history. Tell 'em. |
