"The 5.5 howitzer, Matador, Dorchester and Deacon are all the magnificent work of John Hart and Michael has begun to populate them having just about finished the 5.5 crew."

The Matador and 5.5 conjure up fond memotes of the Air fix kits.

John did a matador and two 5.5s for my wife a while back; they're very nice indeed.

The Matador and 5.5 remind me of my father. He was a gunner driver with the RA throughout the war and served with 8th Army.

As did Pat's father;…never met a better man.

Wow! 5.5" Howitzer! Just what every 28mm skirmish game needs!

Ferozopore06 Sep 2019 9:14 p.m. PST

An M3 scout car. Just what every U.S. armored cavalry unit needs for Tunisia.

or 2eDB in Paris 1944…..

I do hope the British figures finally emerged with larger helmets than seen here!

Which by the way is a critical review of a new release.

The vehicles and guns are very praiseworthy, but the British helmets are far too small (as is so often the case). US are better. Not sure that conforms to the new Policy, but worth a try.
