I've got a couple plastic FoW Sherman's I want to paint up but I don't have quick access to any Army Painter or similar acrylic spray paints.

Would the Testor's Model Master Olive Drab do ok as a base coat?

Yes, I use that spray all the time for my US armor.

Yes, again. This is exactly what I use to paint mine (as a shortcut, don't always want to break out the airbrush).
