Can't wholly believe it, but I think it's not been publicized here. Totentanz is making a KS project to produce the 80s (or so) Spanish army. Many components can be used elsewhere. They said they would release the miniatures whatever the result of the KS so it seems a sure bet. Did the kickstarter launch, or is it still to start? I have followed the link but I can't find an actual kickstarter. I would definitely be up for this one.

They say in the Wargames Spain forum (here: wargames-spain.com/foros/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=32035&start=75) that the AMX and infantry are being produced already, with more things to come like Spanish transports etc. Some images from that forum: A size comparison And the infantry:
