Introducing a new Set, inspired from the SAGA Skirmish game; a set of tiles for a 4'x3' gaming board, only at £129.00 GBP GBP, at: link
A great Set, not only for SAGA, but to start on the Pedion range and play your skirmish games.

You can pre-order it in Green Spring, Winter or Desert, depending on your Warband of choice. It includes 3 "Broken Ground" and 1 "Forest" tile, so you can arrange the terrain for most Saga DA and C&C scenarios – or you can add hills/river to cover even more possibilities like the River Crossing Scenario.

Current terrain rules for Saga are that terrain features have to be at least 6 inches apart. It looks like with these tiles you will have to have them at least 12 inches apart to meet that requirement.

If you put two tiles with a terrain fixture side by side, you can place them in a way that the fixture borders are aprox. 6 inches (especially the Broken Ground tiles).
That said, I've played many Saga scenarios with these layouts and we have never had such an issue arise.

That's good news. The angle of the pictures made it look like they were closer than they really were.

Perfectly reasonable and the forest tiles are indeed "L" so they would require a plain tile in-between for the minimum "M" rule. Perhaps some photos of the tiles in use when playing Saga would help to get a better perspective, with the miniatures to have some reference
