And by this, I mean the original Blood Angels massacre (950+ casualties? ), not the 2nd campaign featured in Gav Thorpes book and the Sega game.

I always thought this would be interesting as it features primarily regular marines and not Termies.

Anyone ever tried this? I'm thinking of working on a company size action-themed campaign on this hulk or on a hulk sighting set in the 30k verse.

Cheers.

You could use the zone mortalis rules to recreate this battle.

Thanks Srtoner, ill download it for a look. I downloaded the Space Hulk Bible some years back which has rules for common marines in it. These are worth a look for anyone wishing to try this challenge.

Cheers.

Always thought the rules in Space Hulk should represent regular marines instead of terminators. There seems to be ample evidence suggesting that the rules were based on making an Aliens board game, so it would make sense.

You could just use the same rules, just put out more genestealers than usual. Or maybe just give the marines three actions a turn instead of four.
