First edition had a clumsy shooting system. Latest ed has you roll a D20 for each firing figure.
You can react to being charged if you have not moved yet with latest.

All in all I recommend the latest edition.
There's a site somewhere listing all the differences, but I don't have it saved.

Terrement --does that 100+ mean dollars? If so,what catalog are you looking at?

100+ what to buy a latest version? Dollars? As gamedata25 says: buy it from sergeants3, not eBay or wherever you were looking.

Durban Gamer16 Nov 2016 10:32 a.m. PST

Does it come as a Pdf OR only as hard copy?

I also don't understand the 100+ comment for the latest edition either.

I just checked. Sergeants 3 wants $28 USD and is offering free shipping. The Zimbabwe dollar is no more. Are we talking Hong Kong dollars?

John T: Answer is pretty clear. Delta = 2 whole Revs.

????

Website says $25 USD + $8 USD International shipping. Free shipping special is US only. Which includes Virginia. Last time I checked.

Don't know the equivalent in deltas, revs,or pistoolas.

It would be about 50 billion Zimbabwe dollars, I believe.

I just ordered a whole set of rules from them because of this thread. Thanks all!

1st edition shooting system wasn't clumsy – it was just very deterministic.
There was a chart with expected numbers of casualties for a certain number of firers.
You rolled a dice (and from memory I think it was a d6), and if you got a 1 or 2 you caused less casualties and a 5 or 6 you caused more, otherwise you got the expected number.
Much quicker than rolling one dice per figure, but oddly unsatisfying.
