When I saw the revised rules and the Fleet Action starter sets, I bought the box set. While it was in transit, I dug out one of their blisters – a big Zeppelin – that I bought about 2-3 years ago, but never did anything with.
It turns out I had lost the Zeppelin base, so I emailed them asking if I could buy one and they offered to send me a new one FOC. Excellent.
Once it arrived I opened the box to find it had a bag missing and one of the ships was chipped so another email went off, asking for the missing bag and advising about the chipped ship, but not asking for a replacement because it doesn't – to my eyes – seriously detract from the model. Within a few days a new bag of bits arrived, along with another ship ! Double excellent !!
10/10 for customer service to Spartan. |
