Very interesting indeed. The fact he wanted to modernize the army, an idea that is rarely if ever popular with a nations military, does suggest that at least some of his antics were more for performance than personality. However I must say, 'hanging the rat' for the murder of two toy soldiers, thats pretty good sign of either a genius.. or a Nut. |
