Hi Folks

Delighted to report that the Zulu Wars project is now complete…and what better way to finish with Rorkes Drift (thanks Hu Rhu for the great deal on the buildings)_

Of course we haven't fought the battle yet – that is being saved for the anniversary on the 23rd Jan next year…

Lots of pictures on the blog

Fantastic effort Eric

Completely jealous of being able to play out this historic scenario.

I have figures somewhere, mostly painted, no terrain or buildings but a cracking set of homegrown rules which were a blast when we last played them a decade or two ago.

I hope to finish my Zulus by January too, though lacking the buildings I may be left with a Hlobane or, God forbid, an Isandlwana….

Well done! Can't wait for the AAR in January. I, too, am hoping to re-fight Isandlhwana and Rorke's Drift on or about their anniversary.

Nice, we have done Isandlwana a couple times now. I am waiting for Rorke's Drift set to arrive with plans of playing both close to the anniversary.

Nice, very nice. I got the box set from Warlord for Christmas a couple of years ago. I never got the redoubt, I didn't know how big it is…thanks for posting pictures, I think I need to order it now……

Here is my finished set….and some in action shots:

afilter, I really like your Isandlhwana mountain! Great looking terrain.

All looks excellent. I started painting Zulus years ago for some games but unfortunately lost interest.

Yours are excellent figures and terrain.

Thanks
