" have wonderful news to share. A few months ago, we called on our members to help preserve 301 acres at Rocky Face Ridge battlefield, in Georgia. The land which saw the critical opening days of the Atlanta campaign boasts pristine earthworks, and also saw fighting during the February 1864 Battle of Dalton.

After an enthusiastic response from members like you, today we can celebrate victory! The site which features a continuous entrenchment more than 2,000 feet long adds to the lands already preserved by the Trust at Rocky Face Ridge, totaling an incredible 926 acres saved…"

I am a long-time supporter of the Civil War Trust. I refer to my baseball hat with the logo as the most expensive piece of apparel I own!
