I recently ordered some By Fire and Sword miniatures from a UK retailer and had trouble with my order. One of the items I ordered was the new Warsaw campaign book which comes with a set of miniatures. The retailer never sent me the miniatures and when contacted told me the book didn't come with them. I contacted Wargamer directly and they managed to sort it out with the retailer so I got my missing miniatures. Very happy I got them in the end. |
