Played in my first Infinity event this weekend, very small tournament using the RECON half-size format. Battle report w/ photos for my Military Orders:

Well done TJ;
We were just talking about playing Infinity again, I'll check out the Recon format.
Miniatures look great.

Great pictures. I would really like to get into this game.

You should jump in. The rules are free. The minis are on the expensive side but you can play the game with about 5 of them a side. Often the starter boxes are enough and about $45 USD each.

Also thanks for posting the battle report and pictures. It looks like it was a fun time.

Thanks all!

I definitely encourage giving the game a try. Like Pictors Studio said, with the free rules and many options for starter boxes you can get going for pretty cheap. Lower points values games like this RECON format are also a lot of fun, so you don't need to invest in a full setup at first to have a great time.

Loved this post…and the pictures. We have been playing a lot of Infinity lately. I'm going to check into the RECON format.

Thanks for posting!
