Irrelevant and Insignificant are two negative traits listed in Fightin' Fungi that were not included in the ASoBH rulebook. Does anyone know why they didn't get carried over? Irrelevant is even mentioned in the Ranged Combat section of the rulebook – was this a typo? Or was not including one or both of these traits the mistake? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who has Fightin' Fantasy could post the definition of these two traits. Thanks in advance! |

Hey Manchu, I'll look soon and post a response to this question (and your other questions). Unless someone else beats me to it….

Hi Manchu, Insignificant count as half a figure for outnumber bonus. Irrelevant give no outnumbering modified and can be ignored for targeting rule. Regarding Noxious Cloud, I think it is Spore Cloud. Spore Cloud causes -1Q (like Poison). I'll get to your other questions eventually too. I wonder if there's a collection of errata/corrections anywhere? Maybe the Yahoo! group? I'll poke around and see if I can find anything.

Thanks so much for you response, Randall. I notice there are many traits from Fightin' Fungus that didn't make it into the ASoBH rukebook, which is really too bad. I was particularly curious about Irrelevant and Insignificant because I am trying to write up a list for kobolds. My basic kobold statline so far is Q5 C2 Puny, Tiny Not sure if Tiny is really applicable, however. I think maybe Tiny is more suited to something like a (normal, realistic) hawk or house cat. Unfortunately, Insignificant and Irrelevant cut against the very thing that would make a horde of weaklings dangerous! |

Hi Manchu, you may want to use the "gang" and\or "gregarious" traits to help represent the strength in numbers effect of a horde. cheers AK |
