When running a mutliplayer game how many figures can one person control comfortably? I am looking at a game with 3-4 players per side to do something like this link FM |

If each player has 2 or 3 groups that will give them plenty to do. Each group is usually 8 figures (10 or 6 for some troop types) |

too big a question, what rules, what engagement of moves, choices etc. Are the players new to the rules, how long is the game? |

The question was asked in the Sharpe Practice message board – so that tells you what rules. |

Thanks Dexter. Players will be new to the rules but are all experienced gamers. 2-3 seems right Ill work on that. |

A better question might be how many Leaders(Big Men) can a player control as it is they who drive the action. Three to four players per side is a BIG game for SPv2. Normally each player would have one Lvl 3 or 2 Big man to control with maybe some extra Lvl 1's(Sergeant)added to help with Shock. In such case, each player would have 2 to 4 Groups under the Command of his Big Man. It really doesn't do to give a player control of a Sergeant who is in a formation under control of another player's Big Man as all he could normally do would be to roll off Shock. |
