Currently on Kickstarter, and not getting the attention it should, these 10mm Ogres will work great as 15mm Brutes or Half-Orcs. I've done a scale comparison to show as much.

Obviously they will work very well with Warmaster in 10mm, but 15mm is my thing. And these are perfect 'versatile' miniatures that can cross scales.

(This is just a show of support, not associated with Black Gate at all).

Exactly my thoughts.

That's pretty cool. I'm a 25-32mm man so I don't see myself actually buying these, but sometimes I pluck monsters and critters from 15mm ranges and find new uses for them.

It works the other way too. Goblins in 10mm being much smaller and seem to me more in line with 15mm humans if goblins are only supposed to be 4ft in height.

I think the Splintered Light Woodland creatures range is a great example of the "Versatile and Useful Miniature or Terrain" (a VUMT – copyrighted me ;-)

At 20mm they are 'giant' anthro creatures at 10mm. 'Magically large' at 15mm and near 'lifesize' at 25/28mm.

Also, the core of my 15mm goblinoid army are actually a host of GW Snotlings. Love'em.

3 different packs now unlocked.

That means, between them, 22 different ogre sculpts…
