Too much effort to make it look like it's not wooden. Gone for Najewitz Modellbau myself.

I decided that I had written hastily, and had not checked the price point. However, the product does not seem to be in the web store anyway. My Najewitz Roman 'Villa Rustica' in resin with a similar floorplan but extra buildings cost 94 Euros.
