These are Westfalia figures. link Really nice figures designed, as surmised, by Paul Hicks. Highly recommended.

Well you'd recognise Paul Hick's faces anywhere eg Brigade figures. But these are Saxons. They are great figures, so where must they be from? Westfalia Miniatures link I only have the Saxon gun crews and they are in my lead mountain at present. I notice one of these has the bayonet and short sword, which mine all lack. I do see a tiny depression that was meant for attaching them I think. I have been hunting around wondering if anyone does them, perhaps one of the plastic sets does them separately?

Plastic victrix French infantry have seperate sword and bayonet frogs, but you should have been supplied these with the figures.

Bonjour, They are fabulous. Particularly like the drummer. I'm doing Saxons too and have a 4-pounder battery to base and their accompanying limbers to finish. Cheers, Paul
