Do you strip the Heroclix before you repaint them? |

Depends on the thickness of the pre-paint. Older figures tend to have thicker paint jobs, so if it obscures the detail, I tend to use nail polish remover to remove the top layer. If not, I just use the pre-paint as the base coat. As long as your chosen paint give a good coverage, there's no need to strip the figure. Hope that helps. |
