It's a series of shorts for TV (net or regular TBA), actually.
link The last I heard, the planned first Valiant franchise movie Bloodshot was pushed back to 2018 (at least) but it looks like they've since fast tracked the Harbinger instead. There doesn't seem to be an ETA for that though.
