Very nice, buddy!

My wife painted about 200 late war british micro armor, last year.

The guy who owned the army(a member here. the name escapes me. sorry) loved the paint work and just sent her 300+ american pieces!

I had quite a large collection of ww2 and mdern 1/285th years ago, and I'd like to restart, but my eyes are getting old!

I did a few modern pieces, but modern equipment just leaves me really cold. I like gaming it but I just use top-down counters. But I still really love all the WW2 kit.

I'll probably finish these Germans by the end of the year, then on to my Soviets!

I hear you, Mark.

In ww2 tank battles, from a "realistic" POV, anti tank rounds could and did, Bounce off target tanks, or did minor damage.

These days, when a M1A2 fires its 120mm gun, it will hit without fail, and I feel sorry for the target tank.

KABOOM!!!!

What fun is that? When hit by a "depleted uranium" long rod penetrator, no tank armor in the world can survive that.
