MA Players:

I am wondering if you could give me a few guidelines for figuring out the dimensions of the Warden due too its configuration?

Are you building your own ship? The dimensions of the Warden should be listed in the rules book. I own the first three editions (will be buying the reprint when I have some money) and they all list the dimensions of the Warden.

I meant to say the dimensions of each of the ship's levels.

Here's the classic MA link

Pages 4 to 6 show the internal dimensions of each deck of the original ship. But if you're building your own, it's up to you. Myself, I use more complicated designs like this one link
