Just listened to this last night, really enjoyed it, in particular the shout-outs to Canadian TV! Elwy Yost also hosted Saturday Night at the Movies, I suspect some of the films listed were seen then, as well as on his Magic Shadows. SNatM was also famous for having the boardgame "The Longest Day" played during the showing of "The Longest Day", with a local Toronto gamer showing Elwy the ropes.
