Hard one to choose, but I would go with chocolate mousse pie, simply because I've been jagging for that for a while (satisfied last night, though!). Close second would be cheesecake with caramel sauce…

How can one choose just one? Key lime pie, cherry pie, Black Forest cake, trifle and Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream are just for starters!

Home made, you can't beat Apple crumble made with Apple's fresh off the tree. With cream.

I should not have opened this thread right after lunch. Now I want to follow my sandwich with all of the above.

Some sort of cold pie with whipped cream on top would be up there for sure.

But now I'm in the mood for strawberry-rhubarb pie, probably because it's the first warm spring day. (Yeah, this is pretty late to start feeling like spring. Of course, our extended winter in coastal northern California is nothing like winter in parts of the country that get real winters.)

My mother-in-law's chocolate pie. She's been gone since 2011 but I can still taste that pie.
