"Looking for specific book on Italian armor....." Topic

Few years ago at a wargame convention ran across a book on Italian armored vehicles that were being produced and used by the Germans after Italy surrendered. Cannot remember the author's name (believe was an Italian whom wrote it) but remember the book seemed to discuss a good bit about how the Germans and Italian fascists were using armor against Italian partisans.

Does this book ring a bell with anyone? If so any info on it would be appreciated…one of the few times I regretted not buying s book.

Not sure if this is the one but I picked up one at a convention called "Italian Armour In German Service 1943 – 1945" by Daniele Guglielmi. The book is 8 1/2 by 12 and has a lot of great photos in it along with what German units had what Italian vehicles and a brief history of where they were used.

Yes Joe that is it: Daniele Guglielmi is a very well known and respected author who wrote a few books on Italian WWII Armoured vehicles that include two superb book, one is the title you mentioned: Italian Armour in German Service 1943-45" a recent publication, the other one is "Panzers in Italy" this one, regretfully long oop, gives a stunning photographic coverage of German WWII armor in Italy that includes some shot of Italian armoured vehicles captured or built under German control in 1943/45.
these are in my opinion the best books on the subject you can find… text is also in Italian and English..
