At long last a project that I started buying bits for (and painted a single mini for…) many years ago has finally got off the ground. Hopefully by Christmas I will have enough buildings together to have a decent game. I am starting with some scratchbuilt items but as I get close to the end of the year I am sure I will be building some pre-fab stuff.

A WIP update. Poor initial planing has been responsible for delays in this construction project. An early WIP shot:

Thank you for your kind words. Sadly, building my Mordheim table comes at the expense of hundreds of figures remaining unpainted. But I really like making terrain so at this point I am happy to ignore them (I just have to resist buying more). |

Blog update… I wanted a border of some sort between the paved area and the pasture land. I had ordered a stone wall from Fenris but I guess they had to cast it up as it didn;t get shipped until a couple of weeks after I placed the order. So… I madre a hedge:

Thank you Mark. As you can see by the first post, this project has been just over a year with very little hobby time spared for other projects. The first game is this Saturday; I will have lots of 'action' shots up by Monday. |
