I think she got into a bit of a fender-bender with an irate Batman!

The thing I saw in Target a few weeks ago that gave me pause was a "Daredevil" car.

Daredevil should not be driving.

When people ask, "Why does Wonder Woman need a plane when she can fly?" I'll now wonder, "Why does Wondie need a car when she can fly?"

tnjrp28 Sep 2016 11:46 p.m. PST

Presumably the car is from a period when she, in fact, could not actually fly.

She's promoting her brand. Smart woman!

It's handy for taking Steve Trevor out on a date and not have to carry him over her shoulder like a gunnysack.

"Quick, Steve! To the Wondermobile!"

Batman and Robin look really annoyed at that fender bender she caused.

"Holy women drivers, Batman!"

Narratio29 Sep 2016 9:40 p.m. PST

@Piper909, because way back in the mists of time she couldn't fly. Then after a 60's reboot she could glide. It's like the "bullets and braces" stuff. Once she was not invulnerable… After many, many reboots she's now a female Clark Kent.

Doesn't time fly?
