A order from Newline Design arrived with some wrong figures. My subsequent email was answered immediately with apologies and an explanation of how the error occurred. The replacement figures arrived within two days. Good service I think

Yep … my experience too – a little mistake with pack contents was resolved quickly and generously.

Q: Do they communicate? I placed an order with them on 9/8 and haven't heard anything since.

@ Schogun:
It is my experience that they ship about ten to twelve days after placing the order. They will send you a confirmation notice that the order was received and then a notice when it has been shipped.
If you did not get a confirmation email then I would for sure contact them.

As for customer service with Newline, I love their stuff and I am quite happy with their service, however I have/had one issue.
On my first order a couple of years ago I had two hussars arrive with broken plumes. On my next order I mentioned it and they said they would throw in some replacements. Nothing. Same thing for the next order. So while I would not hesitate to order from them again, I am a bit put off by my request falling through the cracks like that.
But, the figures really are lovely!

@Texas Jack -- thanks. I'm not worried. Just wondering since it's been 2 weeks with no activity. I always allow extra time for my friends overseas.
