Yes, the US has OPLANs for many contingencies. So it wouldn't be too much of a surprise if the ROKs had one to remove Un.

South Korea has plans for assassination and coup d'état. North Korea probably has a plan to turn South Korea into a post-apocalyptic wasteland. As long as neither side acts on such suicidal fantasies the people of the Korean Peninsula may survive to old age. Cheers.
