That's one dirty Fokker.

I'm surprised to see turquoise undersurfaces and even the article itself states that 4 or 5 colour lozenge fabric was used for wing covering. Any thoughts anyone on that?

Lozenge was overpainted a lot. So I don't see a problem with the under surfaces a streaky blue.
