I have a couple of these trucks as well. One is late war German kinda like yours and the other is captured Soviet (couldn't wait for the Studebaker) truck. I think I might pick up a third for early war Germans. Especially since I think they make good scatter terrain/objectives as well. I have to agree with the crew detail being soft (almost melty), but once you put them behind wheel it is hardly noticeable. I would have preferred the kit come with a windshield or other windows, but I suppose the template is good enough. The benches were a little weird but I figured that was how they actually sat in the bed and the movies I have seen had it wrong. |

Some windows would definitely have been a nice feature I think, or at least the inclusion of a sheet of clear plastic card to make them with. Benches came in a few configurations, and it wouldn't have taken much to make it so you could do both. It's a good kit, but it feels to me that it has a few easy corners cut to stop me really raving on in it. |
