Does anyone use Fire n Fury (Brigade Level) scenarios for Black Powder ?
If so how does it work ?

I think the first step is to establish a normal size for your units. So if in Fire and Fury you have 8 stand units on average make that your normal unit. Then if you have a 10 stand unit make that big or if you have a 14 stand unit make that big and make 8-12 stand units normal and then 4-7 stand units small and 1-3 stand units tiny units.

You just need to figure out how big your average unit is and what range that will cover.

After that you can just plunk down units on the tabletop and go from there.

Ok thanks.
I get stuck on the Fire and Fury units being whole brigades , I guess it doesn't matter for BP ? "A unit is a unit"

Pretty much. That is one of the nice things about it. You can do huge battles with a unit being a brigade or you can do something like Bushy Run with units being platoons.
