…as the subject says. Do you know of any manufacturer of umbrellas suitable for 28mm figures? I need a couple of straightforward furled brollies (not parasols or anything like that) for an upcoming project and haven't been able to find so much as a hint of such a thing. Thanks,

I'm pretty sure I have at least one somewhere, but it would have been part of a figure pack. I thought Pulp Figures but I didn't see them there, though one figure has one in hand. RAFM or Eureka might be where I saw them, I'd thought Black Cat Bases too, but don't see anything there. |

Crooked Dice's Sir Benton Troad figure is leaning on one. I know I have seen another male steampunk figure with one as well. You could always buy one of these and then cast just the umbrella |

Thanks for the responses, guys. Hmm, I'm not sure that I want to cut apart an existing miniature just to get an umbrella (especially if it's an expensive figure, or only available as part of a larger pack for which I have no other use). The Copplestone "rampage"/bits-n-bobs would be of great interest, but I suspect would be virtually impossible to track down (and why Chinese Warlord packs, of all things :-) ?) Looks like I might have to try scratch-building the brollies, though I'm not particularly confident in my abilities there… |
