did French Colonial Artillery wear the same colour uniform as the Colonial Infantry during the later ww1 period? ie eventually going to khaki/moutard? or horizon blue? thanks |

I have checked my books – they all say the Colonial Army went over to "moutard" – no exceptions listed – no ref to the Colonial Artillery being clothed in horizon blue. |

French colonial army went over to Khaki around 1910, way before the rest of the army. So by 1916 no blue. |
