1. A samurai may not injure an *innocent human being or, through inaction, allow an innocent human being to come to harm.
2. A samurai must obey the orders given by the shōgun except where such orders would conflict with the First Bushido.
3. A samurai must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Bushido *Spoiler: They're all guilty of something. Does anybody make robot samurai? I got the idea from this Reddit post link |

Off the top of my head:
Taban has a faction for Eden (ISC) that contains robot samurai (Albeit a bit large in some cases).
link Infinity has a few power armoured samurai that could pass as bots, and some large PA as well, there's also a few futuristic ninja that could pass as robots and work as enemies for them. There's a few Battletech mechs that are japanese styled and named that could pass as smaller robots, the Hatamoto-chi especially. |

Check out a game called Eden. They had a great looking robo samurai faction. link |
